Statement of Faith

1. We Trust the Whole Bible.

The Bible isn’t just an old book—it’s God’s very words to us. Every part of it is inspired by Him and meant to be read, loved, and followed. (2 Timothy 3:16)

2. Only Jesus Saves.

There’s only one way to be saved from the reality of hell, and that’s through the good news about Jesus. The Gospel tells us:

He was born of a virgin (Luke 1:26–38)

He lived a perfect, sin-free life (Hebrews 4:15)

He died in our place on the cross (2 Corinthians 5:21)

He rose from the dead in a real, physical body (Luke 24:1–49; John 20:1–30)

He returned to Heaven and now sits at God’s right hand (Matthew 26:64; Acts 7:55–56)

One day, He’ll come back for everyone who believes in Him (John 14:1–4)(John 14:6; Galatians 1:6–9; John 3:16–21)

3. Jesus Shows Us Who God Is.

Jesus—born of a virgin—is the only full picture of God the Father we’ll ever need. He was completely human and completely God at the same time. No one else has ever been like Him. Even though He was tempted like us, He never sinned. He’s the only one who can rescue anyone from hell. (John 1:14, 18; Hebrews 4:15; Acts 4:12)

4. Jesus Actually Rose From the Dead.

The resurrection wasn’t symbolic or spiritual—it was physical and real. Jesus came back to life in a body, and that changes everything. It's our confidence that death doesn't get the final say. Any idea that tries to water this down—like saying it was just a spiritual experience or vision—is false. (1 Corinthians 15:12–20; Luke 24:36–43)

5. The Holy Spirit Makes Salvation Happen.

Jesus sent the Holy Spirit—God’s Spirit—to everyone who believes in Him. The Holy Spirit shows us our sin, helps us see the Truth, makes us more like Jesus, brings our prayers to God and is the agent through whom the answers to our prayers are enacted. (John 14:15–17; John 16:7–15; Galatians 5:22–26)

6. Our Lives Should Always Share the Gospel.

If you’re in any leadership role, sharing the Gospel in both your words and actions is a must. Good deeds without the Gospel aren’t enough. Being kind, generous, and hospitable is great, but telling people about Jesus is the most important thing. (James 1:22–27; 2:14–26)

7. We Teach Everything God Has Said.

We don’t focus on just one issue or trend. Instead, we’re committed to teaching all of God’s Word, applying the Gospel to every part of life. Evangelism must be paired with helping people grow in their faith. (Matthew 28:19–20)

8. Marriage Is Between a Man and a Woman.

God designed marriage to be a lifelong union between one man and one woman. Same-sex relationships go against that design and are clearly called sin in both the Old and New Testaments. Marriage, as God created it, should be respected and protected. (Genesis 2:18–25; Matthew 19:4–6; Romans 1:26–27)

9. Sex Belongs in Biblical Marriage Only.

Sexual activity is meant only for a marriage between a naturally born man and woman. Anything else—whether it’s heterosexual or homosexual—is outside God’s will and is sin. God made us male and female, and trying to change or reject that is also against His design. (Genesis 1:27; Romans 1:18–31; 1 Corinthians 6:9–20)
